P.MarkShayaniTimothy Doerr Killed in Two-Vehicle Collision at Avenue F and 60th Street West in Lancaster
Lancaster, California (October 6, 2022) – 28-year-old Timothy Doerr, has been identified by the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office as the man who was killed in a car crash on Friday evening in Lancaster.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at the intersection of Avenue F and 60th Street West at around 7:39 p.m., September 30.
A Dodge truck that was traveling eastbound on Avenue F when it collided with a Mazda 3 that was attempting to make left turn to northbound 60th Street West from the east Avenue F.
The impact of the crash caused the Dodge to roll several times.
Doerr was in the front passenger seat of the Dodge truck and was killed in the accident.
A second passenger in the Dodge truck was transported to a local hospital in critical but stable condition.
The truck’s male driver and Mazda’s female driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
