VinsnowMax Vizcarra Killed in El Cajon Accident on Highway 94 at Barrett Lake Road
El Cajon, California (June 22, 2023) – Max Andrew Vizcarra, 26, of San Diego, has been identified as the man killed in a fiery traffic collision on Wednesday night in El Cajon, according to the San Diego County Coroner’s Office.
The deadly collision happened on Highway 94 at Barrett Lake Road at around 7:13 p.m. on June 14.
Authorities said Vizcarra was driving a four-door sedan on Highway 94 when he swerved off the roadway for reasons yet to be determined. He then over-corrected before slamming head-on into a pickup truck.
The sedan burst into flames pinning the driver inside.
Vizcarra suffered fatal injuries due to the collision.
The pickup truck driver was taken to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
The incident remains under investigation.
