VinsnowMan Killed in Merced County Crash on Highway 152 at Turner Island Road
Merced County, California (August 29, 2023) – A man was killed in a two-vehicle collision on Tuesday morning in Merced County.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on Highway 152 at Turner Island Road at around 5:30 a.m.
A man failed to stop at a stop sign on Turner Island Road and crashed into an oncoming Honda, CHP said.
The man was wearing a seatbelt but was killed in the crash.
A 38-year-old woman and a 12-year-old child were in the Honda and were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
Alcohol and drugs did not play a role in the crash.
