Vinsnow1 Killed in Head-On Collision at Lower Sacramento and Acampo Roads in San Joaquin County
San Joaquin County, California (August 26, 2023) – One person died in a head-on collision early Friday morning in San Joaquin County.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at the intersection of Lower Sacramento and Acampo roads at around 3:33 a.m.
A black SUV and a silver SUV were involved, but the events leading up to the collision were not immediately determined.
One person was killed in the incident.
Police did not release the identity of the victim pending notification of the family.
The intersection was closed until 6:24 a.m. following the incident.
Police are working to determine the cause of the collision.
