1 Killed in Laveen Car Accident 35th and Southern Avenues

Laveen, Arizona (August 20, 2023) – According to a Phoenix police report, one individual was killed following a two-vehicle collision on Saturday night in Laveen.

The incident occurred at about 9:30 p.m. on August 19 at 35th and Southern Avenues.

Per the report, two vehicles collided for unknown reasons. One of the cars knocked down a power pole following the accident.

Police confirmed one person was killed in the collision.

Three adults were hospitalized with injuries due to the crash.

An investigation is ongoing.
