P.MarkShayani1 Dies, 1 Severely Hurt After San Jacinto Accident on Ramona Expressway near San Jacinto Avenue
San Jacinto, California (January 31, 2023) – One person was killed and another severely hurt after a traffic collision on Monday morning in San Jacinto, according to a California Highway Patrol report.
The fatal accident occurred at around 1:00 a.m. on January 30 on the Ramona Expressway, just west of San Jacinto Avenue.
Per the dispatch, two vehicles crashed for reasons still under investigation.
Fire officials and medics rushed to the scene to aid the crash victims. Two persons were pinned inside their cars and were freed by fire officials.
The two individuals were transported to a regional trauma center, where one person was declared dead. The other patient was hospitalized with severe injuries.
No other information concerning this crash was provided.
An investigation is ongoing.
