Solano, California (May 19, 2023) – According to a California Highway Patrol report, one person sustained severe injuries following a pedestrian accident on Thursday night in Solano.
The deadly collision occurred at about 8:47 p.m. on May 18 on northbound Interstate 860 just south of Interstate 80.
Per the dispatch, a Grey Jeep Wrangler hit a female pedestrian for reasons still under investigation.
The woman suffered serious injuries due to the collision.
