Toni Morgan Killed in Yuba City Car Accident at Highway 20 and Humphrey Road

Yuba City, California (October 25, 2022) – Toni Morgan, 35, was killed in a suspected DUI crash in Yuba City on Saturday morning.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal crash happened at around 1 a.m. on October 22, at the intersection of Highway 20 and Humphrey Road.

Serina Ali, 21, was driving a 2020 Honda Ridgeline southbound on Humphrey Road when she reportedly ran a stop sign and hit a 2010 Dodge Charger driven by Morgan.

Morgan, a Yuba City resident, was killed in the crash.

Ali and her passenger were transported to the hospital for treatment. Officials say the unidentified passenger had major injuries.

Ali was later arrested on suspicion of felony DUI and gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated.
