Sergio Chi Medina Identified as Cyclist Killed in San Bernardino Accident on Base Line Street

San Bernardino, California (August 1, 2023) – According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Office, Sergio Chi Medina, 68, of Highland, was killed in a bicycle collision last Friday in San Bernardino.

The deadly crash occurred in the 25000 block of East Base Line Street at about 8:25 p.m. on July 28.

Police said Chi Medina was cycling his bike when he was struck by a vehicle for unknown reasons.

Chi Medina was declared dead at the accident location.

No additional details regarding this crash were released.

The incident is under investigation.
