VinsnowManh Nguyen Killed in DUI Pala Accident on State Route 76 near Magee Road
San Diego, California (June 6, 2023) – Manh Nguyen, 65, of Orange County, was identified as the man killed in a DUI collision near Pala in Oceanside last Monday.
According to the San Diego County Coroner’s Office, a Toyota Camry was heading eastbound when it drove into the opposite lane and crashed head-on into a westbound Lexus GS-350.
Other vehicles, including a Jeep Laredo and Hyundai Santa Fe, were involved in the collision.
Nguyen, the Fountain Valley resident driving the Lexus, suffered fatal injuries from the collision.
The other motorists, a Toyota passenger and a Jeep passenger were taken to the hospital with injuries ranging from minor to moderate degrees.
Bianca Anahy Hernandez, 23, of Pauma Valley, was transported to the hospital and later arrested by police on suspicion of felony gross vehicular manslaughter and DUI.
No other information concerning this collision was provided.
An investigation is ongoing.
