VinsnowMotorcyclist Hospitalized after Kennewick Collision on State Route 397
Kennewick, Washington (August 16, 2023) – A motorcyclist suffered severe injuries after colliding with two cars in Kennewick on Wednesday afternoon.
According to the Washington State Patrol, the accident happened in the northbound lanes of State Route 397 shortly before 4 p.m.
The motorcyclist was traveling southbound when, for unknown reasons, he drifted into opposite lanes and collided with two oncoming vehicles.
The motorcyclist sustained major injuries and was rushed to the hospital.
WSP said impairment was not a factor in the crash.
No other person was injured.
The accident remains under investigation.
