Motorcyclist Killed in Lincoln Heights Collision on Griffin Avenue

Lincoln Heights, California (October 23, 2022) – A 24-year-old man died in a motorcycle accident on Saturday morning in Lincoln Heights.

The authorities said the accident was reported at around 7:30 a.m. in the 2800 block of Griffin Avenue.

The California Highway Patrol said a man was riding his motorcycle southbound on Griffin Avenue when a vehicle in front of him made a U-turn direct into his path.

The motorcyclist was unable to slow down in time and crashed into the vehicle.

The motorcycle was wedged underneath the vehicle after the collision.

The rider was pronounced dead at the scene.
