Daisy Torres Killed in Llano Car Accident at 165th Street East and Avenue V

Llano, California (December 6, 2022) – Daisy Cruz Torres, 14, of Palmdale, has been identified as the girl who died in a head-on collision on Saturday afternoon at an intersection in Llano.

According to the Los Angeles County Fire Department, the deadly crash happened at around 4:05 p.m. at 165th Street East and Avenue V.

An off-road vehicle and a street-legal vehicle collided head-on for unknown reasons.

Torres sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Three other people were hospitalized with unspecified injuries.

No other information about the accident was provided.

The accident remains under investigation.
