Bobby Stanfill and Cheryl Morrell Injured in Susanville Motorcycle Accident on Highway 36

Susanville, California (October 10, 2022) – A motorcyclist and his passenger were seriously injured in a traffic collision that happened in Susanville earlier this month.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at around 5 p.m. on October 3, on State Route 36 near Fredonyer summit.
Bobby Stanfill and Cheryl Morrell of Westwood were riding their Harley westbound on the highway when they drifted into the opposite lanes and collided with Ranald McCart’s Kia Sedona.
The two riders were seriously injured in the crash and were flown to Renown.
Drugs and alcohol were ruled out as factors in the crash.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
