Donna Parker and Robert Aparicio Killed in Tillamook County Accident on Highway 101 near Milepost 58

Tillamook County, Oregon (July 26, 2023) –  Robert Allen Aparicio, 30, of Tillamook, and  89-year-ld Donna Parker of Nehalem have been identified as two persons killed after a head-on collision on Saturday morning in Tillamook County.

According to the Oregon State Police, the accident occurred at around 10:24 a.m. on July 22 on Highway 101 near milepost 58.

Aparicio was heading northbound on Highway 101 in a white Chevy Suburban when he drifted into the southbound lane and crashed head-on into Parker’s Ford Fusion.

Parker was pronounced dead at the crash site. Aparicio was transported to the hospital, where he later died.

Authorities closed Highway 101 for approximately four hours for an on-scene investigation.

An investigation is underway.
