Phelan, California (January 27, 2023) – Authorities are investigating a major injury crash that happened in Phelan on Thursday afternoon.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on Phelan Road near Lebec Road at around 4:16 p.m.
Two vehicles were involved in the collision, but the manner in which the accident happened was not immediately established.
CHP says one person was seriously injured in the accident and was transported to Community Hospital of San Bernardino for treatment.
