Vinsnow1 Dead, 2 Injured in Van Nuys Crash on Victory Boulevard near Columbus Avenue
Van Nuys, California (August 6, 2023) – A driver was killed and two other people were injured in a wrong-way crash on Sunday night in Van Nuys.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the accident happened at around 11 p.m. on Victory Boulevard near Columbus Avenue.
Police say an impaired driver was driving eastbound on Victory Boulevard when he drifted into westbound lane and collided head-on with another vehicle.
The driver of the second vehicle was killed in the crash.
The intoxicated driver and his female passenger were taken to a nearby hospital with moderate injuries.
The suspect was arrested for driving under the influence.
