P.MarkShayani1 Injured in Collision on Interstate 10 near Tamarack Road in Whitewater
Riverside County, California (March 4, 2023) – One person was hospitalized after being injured in a car crash early Saturday morning in Whitewater.
According to the Riverside County Fire Department, the accident happened on the westbound Interstate 10 Freeway near Tamarack Road at around 3 a.m.
A pickup truck was traveling on the roadway when it crashed into a semi-truck in unclear circumstances. The pickup truck was stuck underneath the semi, and one person had to be extricated.
The victim was transported to an area hospital with moderate injuries.
The semi-truck driver was unhurt.
