Phoenix, Arizona (June 26, 2023) – A woman was killed and another person was injured in a multi-vehicle collision that happened at an intersection in Phoenix early Monday morning.
The accident was reported at about 4:15 a.m. at 16th Street and Thomas Road, according to Phoenix police.
A Tesla, an SUV and a third vehicle collided and then hit a woman who was in the crosswalk.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
One of the drivers was taken to hospital with minor to moderate injuries.
The intersection was closed for several hours following the incident.
