Victor Quibas Killed in Motorcycle Accident at Indian School Road and 43rd Avenue in Phoenix

Phoenix, Arizona (August 27, 2023) – 62-year-old Victor Quibas was killed in a motorcycle accident in West Phoenix on Sunday morning.

The accident was reported at around 5:30 a.m. at the intersection of Indian School Road and 43rd Avenue, according to the Phoenix Police Department.

A woman was driving a car northbound on 43rd Avenue when she made a left turn onto a private driveway and collided with a motorcycle.

Quibas was riding the motorcycle and was severely injured.

Phoenix fire officials responded to the crash and rushed Quibas to the hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.

The driver of the car remained at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.

Alcohol and drugs were not factors in the crash.

The accident remains under investigation.
