Tina Vital Killed in Car Accident at College Street and Court Street

Woodland, California (April 10, 2023) – Tina Vital has been identified by her family as the woman who was killed in a fiery car crash on Saturday afternoon in Woodland.

According to the Woodland Police Department, the accident happened at the intersection of College and Court streets at around 4:30 p.m.

A 13-year-old allegedly took a car from a family member and was driving erratically headed north on College Street before crashing into at least two other cars. Two of the vehicles caught fire after the collision.

Vital was killed in the collision.

At least ten other people – three of which were children – were injured in the accident and were taken to the hospital for treatment.

The 13-year-old was arrested on suspicion of vehicular manslaughter with negligence and evading causing injuries.

More details about the accident were not released.

An investigation into the accident is underway.
