Riverside, California (January 3, 2023) – The California Highway Patrol has identified the man killed in a car accident on Saturday afternoon as Robert Franco, 35, of San Bernardino.
According to a California Highway Patrol dispatch, the accident occurred at about 2:57 p.m. on December 31 on the 91 Freeway near State Route 60.
Per the report, a silver Honda Civic and a Subaru Forester crashed for unknown reasons. Multiple other cars were involved in the accident.
Fire officials and medics rushed to the scene to aid the crash victims. Franco was taken to Riverside Community Hospital, where he died.
No additional information concerning this crash was provided.
The incident remains under investigation.
