1 Killed in Portland Pedestrian Accident on Interstate 5 at Northeast Weidler Street

Portland, Oregon (July 17, 2023) – According to the Portland Police Bureau, one person was hit and killed by a car on Sunday night in Portland, Oregon.

The deadly collision occurred around 10:41 p.m. on July 16 on northbound Interstate 5 at Northeast Weidler Street.

Responding fire officials and medics found the pedestrian dead at the accident scene.

The involved motorist stayed at the crash site and cooperated with officials.
