P.MarkShayaniMartin Infante Killed in Head-On Collision on Fifth Street west of Wolff Road in Oxnard
Oxnard, California (April 3, 2023) – 33-year-old Martin Cono Infante was killed in a car crash on Friday night in Oxnard.
The fatal crash happened around 10:30 p.m. on Fifth Street, west of Wolff Road.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a Volvo S60 sedan was traveling eastbound on Fifth Street when it drifted across the centerline and collided head-on with a GMC Sierra pickup truck.
Infante, a resident of Oxnard, was killed in the accident.
A 46-year-old Oxnard woman driving the pickup truck was hospitalized with minor injury.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
