Joaquin Longoria Killed in Car Accident at Teal Club Road and Victoria Avenue in Oxnard

Oxnard, California (April 14, 2023) – 61-year-old Joaquin Frias Longoria has been identified as the man killed in a car crash earlier this month in Oxnard.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened around 5 a.m. on April 5, in the area of Teal Club Road and Victoria Avenue.

Longoria was driving a Toyota Corolla west on Teal Club Road when he collided with a Chevrolet pickup truck travelling northbound on Victoria Avenue.

Longoria was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.

The truck driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.

More details about the accident were not released.

An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
