Jerry Armstrong Dies in Spokane County Crash on Highway 2 near S. Craig Road

Spokane County, Washington (July 19, 2023) – 47-year-old Jerry Armstrong, from Ritziville, was killed in a motorcycle accident on Tuesday night in Spokane County.

According to the Washington State Patrol, the deadly crash occurred around 10:30 p.m. on 5 Freeway near S. Craig Road.

Armstrong was riding a motorcycle when he lost control when entering the intersection and fell down.

The man was then hit by another vehicle.

Sadly, Armstrong was pronounced dead at the scene.

WSP said the other driver was not hurt in the incident.

It is unclear whether alcohol and drugs played a role in the crash.

An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
