John Woojung and Hennee Beevience Killed in Klamath County Crash on Highway 97

Klamath County, Oregon (June 27, 2023) – According to the Oregon State Police, John Lee Woojung, 48, and Hennee Lee Beevience, 45, have been identified as the two people killed in a car accident early Friday morning in Klamath County.

The deadly collision happened at about 3:18 a.m. on June 23 on Highway 97 near milepost 217.

Woojung was heading northbound in a blue Fiat 500 when he crashed head-on into a red Ford F-350 operated by 68-year-old Terry Roseberry of Crescent.

Woojung and his passenger, Beevience, died at the accident scene.

Roseberry sustained injuries and was taken to an area hospital for treatment.

Traffic delays were experienced in the area for approximately one hour.

The incident remains under investigation.
