Phoenix, Arizona (May 3, 2023) – 41-year-old Crystal Conover has been identified as the woman who was killed in a car crash in Phoenix on Monday afternoon.
According to Phoenix police, the accident happened at around 1:45 p.m. in the area of 14th Avenue and Thunderbird Road.
Conover was reportedly driving a car eastbound in the westbound lanes and collided head-on with a truck.
Conover’s car caught fire after the collision and the woman was pronounced dead at the accident scene.
The driver of the second car was hospitalized with major injuries.
