At Least 1 Dies After Ojai Valley Car Accident on Highway 150 near Santa Ana Road

Ojai Valley, California (November 24, 2022) – At least one person was killed following a deadly crash on Wednesday night in Ojai Valley, according to a California Highway Patrol report.

The deadly collision happened a while after 6:20 p.m. on November 23 on Highway 150, east of Santa Ana Road.

Per the dispatch, a car believed to be a Dodge Challenger and a Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck crashed. The Challenger reportedly drove into oncoming traffic and collided head-on with a third car. Police are yet to confirm if a third vehicle was involved.

Responding emergency crews and medics said one person died in the crash.

Police closed lanes in both directions following the collision.

Further details regarding this incident were not provided.
