Pacific Palisades, California (April 10, 2023) – Ashleigh Lawrence, 32, was killed in a car crash that happened early Saturday morning in Pacific Palisades.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at the 17400 block of West Sunset Boulevard at Palisades Drive at 12:45 a.m.
A vehicle was traveling southbound on Pacific Coast Highway when it slammed into a group of pedestrians and parked vehicles.
The impact of the collision sent three vehicles off the shoulder and into the rocks, hitting Lawrence.
Lawrence was pronounced dead at the accident scene.
One person was hospitalized in serious condition and five others were in fair to moderate condition.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
