5 Hurt in LAX Crash Involving American Airlines Plane and Shuttle Bus

Los Angeles, California (February 11, 2022) – At least five people were injured in a collision between an airplane and a shuttle bus at Los Angeles International Airport.

According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, the accident happened at around 10 p.m.

The small jet was in the process of being towed into a parking area at low speed when it struck a shuttle bus.

The tug driver was hospitalized with moderate injuries. The shuttle bus driver and two passengers were hospitalized in fair condition.
