VinsnowThree Men Die in Palmdale Collision on Pearblossom Highway near Valley Springs Road
Palmdale, California (August 6, 2023) – Three men died following a wrong-way crash early Friday morning in Palmdale.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident incident occurred on Pearblossom Highway just west of Valley Springs Road at around 3:30 a.m.
A 41-year-old man from Long Beach was driving a 2017 Kia Sorento eastbound when he drifted into the opposite lane and collided head-on with a 2023 Toyota Tacoma.
CHP said the Long Beach man and his passenger, a 60-year-old man from Victorville, were pronounced dead at the scene.
The 37-year-old Littlerock man driving the Tacoma was also killed in the crash.
The names of the deceased persons were not immediately disclosed.
An investigation into the crash is underway.
