Vinsnow2 Killed in Phoenix Car Accident on Interstate 10 near 7th Avenue
Phoenix, Arizona (May 7, 2023) – Two drivers were killed and three other people were injured early Sunday morning in a wrong-way car crash in Phoenix.
The deadly crash occurred at around 3:30 a.m. on Interstate 10 near the 7th and 19th Avenue exits.
According to the authorities, a vehicle was traveling the wrong way at a high speed and collided with an oncoming SUV.
A third vehicle with three occupants slammed into the wrong-way vehicle, police said.
The drivers of the first collision were pronounced dead at the scene.
Two women in the third vehicle sustained severe injuries and were rushed to hospital for treatment.
A third person suffered minor to moderate injuries and was transported to the hospital.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
