2 Injured in Multi-Vehicle Collision on State Route 105 in Westport

Man, Woman Injured in Westport Car Accident on State Route 105

Westport, Washington (April 20, 2023) – A man and a woman were injured in a multi-vehicle collision in Westport on Tuesday afternoon.

The Washington State Patrol said the accident was reported on State Route 105.

A 77-year-old Colorado woman was driving on SR-105 at a high speed when she crossed the centerline and collided with two other vehicles.

The Colorado woman was not wearing a seat belt and suffered head injuries.

Another driver, a 55-year-old man from Aberdeen, suffered injuries to his back and leg, WSP said.

Both victims were taken to the hospital for treatment.

WSP said speed and weather condition played a role in the crash.

The accident remains under investigation.
