West Richland, Washington (April 15, 2023) – One person was killed in a motorcycle accident on Friday afternoon in West Richland.
The Benton County Fire District says the accident happened just before 1 p.m. at Bombing Range Road and Mount Adams View Drive.
Authorities say a motorcycle and an SUV collided on the highway in unclear circumstances.
Richland Fire Department responded and pronounced the rider dead at the scene.
The name of the victim was not immediately disclosed.
A second person was hospitalized in unknown condition.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
