A motorcycle reportedly collided with a van on the roadway in unclear circumstances.
A passenger on the motorcycle was pronounced dead at the accident scene.
The driver of the motorcycle was injured and was transported to the hospital in stable condition.
The van driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.
