P.MarkShayani1 Killed in Car Accident on Ramona Expressway near Lakeview Avenue in Nuevo
Riverside County, California (November 19, 2022) – One person was killed in a two-vehicle collision that happened on Friday evening in Nuevo.
The fatal crash was reported at around 5:25 p.m. on Ramona Expressway near Lakeview Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A Ford SUV and a Nissan sedan were involved in the accident, but the circumstances of the accident were not immediately established.
The Nissan reportedly crashed into the center divider after the collision, trapping one driver.
Riverside County Fire Department crews responded to the incident and extricated the motorist from the Nissan. Sadly the driver succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
The SUV driver was hospitalized with unspecified injuries.
Additional information about the accident was not provided.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
