P.MarkShayani1 Killed in Motorcycle Accident at Commonwealth Avenue and State College Boulevard in Fullerton
Orange County, California (December 4, 2022) – One person was killed in a motorcycle accident in Fullerton on Saturday morning.
The fatal crash happened at the intersection of Commonwealth Avenue and State College Boulevard at around 9:55 a.m.
The California Highway Patrol says a motorcyclist had been stopped on westbound Commonwealth Avenue and was turning onto southbound State College when he was struck by a Toyota Camry driven by an 82-year-old man.
The impact of the collision sent the motorcyclist off the roadway, where it crashed into a tree.
The rider was rushed to an area hospital where he died while receiving treatment.
The driver of the Camry was hospitalized with moderate injuries.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
