Todd Lyman and Magal Bhatti Killed in Collision near Fresno Auto Dealership at Clovis and Dakota
Fresno, California (August 5, 2021) – The authorities have disclosed the identities of two people who were killed in a car crash near an auto dealership in Fresno on Wednesday afternoon.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the deadly crash happened near the intersection of Clovis Avenue and Dakota Avenue.
53-year-old Todd Lyman of Clovis was driving a Chevy Trailblazer on Clovis when he hit a curb, causing him to lose control and strike a fire hydrant.
The Chevy then continued and struck a parked Toyota Camry, pushing it into two cars at the dealership.

Lyman was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.
32-year-old Magal Bhatti was inside the Camry at the time of the collision and was transported to an area hospital where he died while undergoing treatment.
The CHP said Lyman was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
