Tiana Hawkins Killed in I-Freeway Crash near Dixon Avenue in Solano County
Dixon, California (June 21, 2021) – Tiana Hawkins, 17, has been identified by the Solano County Coroner’s office as the teenager who was killed in a car crash in Dixon, early Sunday morning.
The fatal crash happened at about 12:48 a.m. on Interstate 80 Freeway at Dixon Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A red Freightliner truck was traveling westbound on the 80 Freeway when it crashed into multiple vehicles stopped at the scene of an earlier crash.

Hawkins had been involved in the earlier crash and was standing at the scene when she was hit by the truck.
Hawkins, a resident of Sacramento, died at the scene of the accident.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
The CHP is investigating the cause of the accident.
