Rider Airlifted after Brentwood Motorcycle Accident on Marsh Creek Road near Lydia Lane
Brentwood, California (April 21, 2022) – A motorcyclist was hospitalized with major injuries following a collision that happened in Brentwood on Wednesday morning.
The California Highway Patrol said the accident happened at around 11:41 a.m. in the 19000 block of Marsh Creek Road near Lydia Lane.
A white Subaru Outback and a sports bike collided on the roadway in unclear circumstances.
The rider sustained severe injuries, and four other parties had minor injuries.
The Contra Costa County Fire Department responded to the crash and requested a medical helicopter to airlift the motorcyclist to a hospital.
The other victims were treated at the scene and released.
More details about the crash were not provided.
CHP is investigating the cause of the accident.
