1 Injured in Fresno Motorcycle Crash on Highway 41 near Bullard Avenue

Fresno, California (November 10, 2021) – A motorcyclist was seriously injured after being hit by a suspected drunk driver in northeast Fresno on Tuesday night.

The California Highway Patrol said the accident happened at about 10 p.m., on November 9, on Highway 41 near Bullard Avenue.

An SUV was traveling on southbound Highway 41 when it struck a motorcycle.

The rider sustained major injuries in the accident and was transported to the hospital for treatment.

The driver of the SUV attempted to run away from the scene but was arrested by the police. He faces DUI and hit-and-run charges.

The CHP is investigating the cause of the accident.
