Mia Johnson Killed in Car Accident at Milliken Avenue and Base Line Road in Rancho Cucamonga
Rancho Cucamonga, California (July 21, 2021) – 50-year-old Mia Johnson has been identified as the woman who was killed in a DUI car crash in Rancho Cucamonga, San Bernardino, earlier this month.
The deadly crash happened on July 10, at 5:13 p.m., near the intersection of Milliken Avenue and Base Line Road, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The CHP said 32-year-old Moises Reina was driving a car when he crashed into three vehicles at the intersection.

Johnson was a passenger in one of the cars and was transported to an area hospital where she died while undergoing treatment. The driver of the vehicle was also hospitalized with major injuries
Reina sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to the hospital for treatment. He was later arrested and charged with gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated, second-degree murder and DUI causing injury.
