Joshua Macut Killed in Big Rig Crash at Merced and Magnolia Avenues in Wasco, Kern County
Bakersfield, California (June 11, 2021) – The Kern County coroner’s office has publicly identified a man who was killed in a car crash in Wasco on Monday, June 7.
At around noon, 34-year-old Joshua Mark Macut was driving a car when he collided with a semi-trailer at the intersection of Magnolia and Merced avenues, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Macut was killed in the collision.

The condition of the truck driver was not immediately disclosed.

The CHP is investigating the cause of the accident.
