Jonathan Floyd Killed in Monterey County Car Crash on Highway 101 near Greenfield
Monterey County, California (June 18, 2021) – The authorities have publicly identified a man who was killed in a head-on collision in Greenfield on Wednesday evening, June 16.
The 4 p.m. crash happened on Highway 101, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A motorhome was traveling northbound on Highway 101 when it drifted into the southbound lanes and collided head-on with a Toyota Highlander driven by 49-year-old Jonathan Floyd, of Beaverton, Oregon.

Floyd was killed in the accident.
The RV driver, who has since been identified as 71-year-old Kinzen Wong, of Sunnyvale, was injured in the accident and was transported to the hospital with a broken leg and internal bleeding.
Two other people were hospitalized with moderate injuries.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
The CHP is investigating the cause of the accident.
