Jacob Funk, Vicky Davis and 2 Children Injured in Fatal Highway 20 Car Crash in Williams, Colusa County
Colusa County, California (July 14, 2021) – A Clearlake man was killed in a head-on collision on Highway 20 in Williams, Colusa County, on Sunday evening.
The deadly collision happened on Highway 20 east of Highway 16 at about 7:55 p.m. July 11, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A Clearlake man was driving a 2014 Toyota Tacoma pickup westbound at a high rate of speed when he drifted across the double yellow lines and collided head-on with an eastbound 2017 Dodge Durango driven by 27-year-old Jacob Funk, of Orland.

The Clearlake man was ejected from the pickup truck during the crash and died at the scene of the accident.
Funk and his juvenile passengers, a 7-year-old boy and a 5-year-old girl, were transported via REACH air ambulance to UC Davis for treatment of moderate injuries.
40-year-old Vicky Davis was also riding in the Dodge and was flown to Kaiser Vacaville Hospital with major injuries, the CHP said.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
