Emmanuel Espinoza and Garrett Moore Killed in Fiery Fresno Car Crash at Highway 33 and Douglas Avenue
Fresno, California (June 27, 2021) – The Fresno County Coroner’s Office has disclosed the identities of the two drivers who were killed in a head-on collision in Firebaugh early Sunday morning, June 20.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened in the area of Highway 33 and Douglas Avenue at about 5:48 a.m.
A pickup truck was traveling northbound on the highway when it drifted into the southbound lanes and collided head-on with an oncoming pickup truck hauling farm equipment.

Both trucks burst into flames after the collision, killing both drivers.
The drivers have since been identified as 21-year-old Garrett Moore of Dos Palos and 34-year-old Emmanuel Espinoza of Los Banos.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
The CHP is investigating the cause of the accident.
