Accident News Team1 Dies in Sacramento Head-On Collision on Highway 160 near Antioch Bridge
Sacramento, California (May 30, 2022) – One person was killed in a head-on collision in south Sacramento on Sunday night, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The accident occurred at about 10:21 p.m. on Highway 160 near the Antioch Bridge.
Two vehicles collided head-on under unclear circumstances, CHP said.
One of the vehicles overturned and burst into flames after the impact.
One person was pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities did not release the identity of the deceased person.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
