Ontario, California (October 5, 2021) – A deadly Ontario collision that left one man dead was reported on Monday night in the area of eastbound State Route 60 and Archibald Avenue.

According to a California Highway Patrol dispatch, the deadly accident occurred at around 11:25 p.m. October 4, in San Bernardino.

The CHP officers said a 2011 Chevrolet Camaro, driven by a 26-year-old San Bernardino man, crashed into another car for reasons under investigation.

Responding emergency teams rushed the man to the hospital. He was later declared dead at around 12:27 a.m. on Tuesday.

The male driver’s name is yet to be released by the officials.

An investigation by the Rancho Cucamonga CHP officers is underway.
