Carla Ochoa Killed, Toddler Injured in Car Accident at Franklin Boulevard and 21st Avenue in Sacramento
Sacramento, California (July 2, 2021) – 25-year-old Carla Ochoa has been identified as the woman who was killed in a car crash in Sacramento on Monday evening, June 28.
The deadly collision happened at around 5:10 p.m. in the area of Franklin Boulevard and 21st Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The police said Ochoa had just picked up her two-year-old son Noah from her family’s thrift store when she was t-boned by a pickup truck at the intersection.

Ochoa, a resident of Sacramento, was killed in the accident.
Noah was taken to the hospital in stable condition, the CHP said.
The pickup truck driver was not seriously injured in the accident.
